Description

DivSkip is a four channel trigger & gate processor for Eurorack . Eight modes on four independent channels make this 8HP module a Swiss Army Knife to pair with clock utilities, trigger sequencers, and logic modules.

This module specializes in processing streams of gates to overlay rhythmic patterns, randomness, chance, speed ramps, ratchets, or variable gate lengths. Plug in triggers or gates and generate new variations using the 8 modes available: Bernoulli Gates, Clock Division, Turing, Euclidean Split, Euclidean Classic, Ramp / Gate Length, Retrigger and Pattern.

A / B outputs allow you to stack multiple modes of logic processing by self-patching the module, while toggle switches and Click-to-Mute knobs facilitate an immediate, improvisational workflow. The signal visualisation on multi-colour LED rings around the knobs keeps the DivSkip intuitive and easy to understand.

 

DivSkip is the first module collaboration between UK musician and video creator DivKid and Making Sound Machines, a duo of synth makers from Düsseldorf, Germany.
