Description
Create complex visual textures with the ABC from Foxing Hour, a dual mixing processor for combining and subtracting a variety of signals. Operating off of two sets of mimicked equations, the ABC adds signals A and B together and divides them by two for a proper mixdown and avoiding clipping. Introducing any signal into C will subtract itself from the previous sum or can be utilized for inversion, and because there are two sets of equations, you can get some really complex layering of video rate and/or control rate signals. For an easy way to mix down and blend video signals together, look to Foxing Hour’s ABC.
Mathematical equations can be preconfigured based on different BOMs. Builders have the choices of, but not limited to the following:
A+B-C
(A+B)/2-C (Recommended)
(A+B-C)/2
Assembled units use the (A+B)/2-C configuration. It is also the recommended config for builders unsure about which to choose.
